Major Functions

Executive Secretary

  • Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the executive’s records and files.

  • Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion.

  • Networking with local BUs/Functions to obtain full support as and when required.

  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.

  • Maintain an adequate inventory of corporate gifts.

  • Screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls

  • Draft letters and official information releases

  • Attending meetings, and taking and distributing minutes

  • Assist in adhoc assignment and completed within given deadline.

Business Coordinator

  • Maintain the executive’s special/strategic projects.

  • Advises, supports, assists, coordinates and collaborates on special projects which are highly complex, and involve creation and oversight of multifaceted teams.

  • Prepare documents and presentation materials for Managing Director for business presentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in any related fields

  • High discretion and independent action within board guidelines

  • High Ethical standards

  • Strong influential & networking skills

  • Able to take challenges and speedy execution

Primary Location: APAC-Thailand-Bangkok-Bangkok
