Sales Specialist -Corian® (Job Number: 197128W-01)
l Achieve target on sales revenue and profitability.
l Understand market trend and competition dynamics to develop sales strategy and tactics about the distributors and fabricators.
l Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnership with decision makers at all appropriate levels within the distributors and fabricators.
l Develop the projects covering the commercial and residential projects
l Work closely with downstream sales team to drive and capture the growth opportunities at the key accounts.
l Maintain full knowledge of DuPont current and potential offerings to the distributors and fabricators, and create appropriate opportunities to ensure the distributors and fabricators are fully aware of DuPont’s relevant capabilities.
l Education: Bachelor degree or above.
l Good key accounts management skills and solid record on managing key customers. Having rich knowledge and experiences on construction materials.
l Over 5 years solid front line sales experience.
l Result oriented, and setting high goals for result, remains self-disciplined and using measurement methods to monitor progress toward goal attainment.
l Self-starter with strong initiative.
l Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.
l Having high level team work spirit, can develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
l Good written and spoken English.
