DuPont IHS Nurse in Cebu, Philippines

IHS Nurse (Job Number: 200842W-01)


  • Ensures integrated health services (e.g. physical examination, immunization, EAP, Health Risk Assessment and Medical assistance for international business traveler etc.) and corporate health programs are being implemented.

  • Organizes and manage site occupational health surveillance programs.

  • Arrange and assist Occupational Hazards communication.

  • Implements and conduct employee health promotion & education programs; OH/OM trainings.

  • Provides case management for occupational injuries & illness and Early Pain Reporting cases.

  • Acts as a medical function team member, assist to communicate and deal with day to day medical related cases (e.g. fitness for duty assessment, case referral, medical emergency response and first aid treatment etc.).

  • Assist First Aid training and maintain First Aid Kits.

  • Manage disability and medical absence cases.

  • Analyzes data and run reports on medical or occupational medical issues.

  • Keeps complete, comprehensive, legible, professional medical records.

  • Evaluates published national health legislation and assess compliance needs

  • Coordinates with third party vendors related to medical and health services.

  • Does administrative work (translation, vendor arrangement, meeting management, data inputs.

  • Submits monthly Sick Leave analysis to EHS as part of SHECOM monthly discussion.

  • Attends OHNAP Annual Convention and Quarterly Scientific meetings.

  • Manage and submits summary of employees leave benefits.

  • Does inventory of office supplies and medicines.

  • Does hotel reservations and transportation bookings of guest and clients.


  • Medical or Occupational health related background, bachelor's degree, Registered Nurse/ Occupational Nurse

  • Working experience in corporate health management, occupational health or occupational medicine is preferred

  • OHNAP member

  • Flexible and team player

  • Fluent in English, good communication skills

  • Adequate computer skills

  • Basic knowledge of requirements of Labor Law, Code of Occupational Disease Prevention, Technical Specifications for Occupational Health Surveillance and other relevant rule of law

  • Open-minded and willing to learn
