We are looking for an exceptional Technical Services Account Manager – Grain Processing to be responsible for the following tasks:

Providing technical service/support to the Fuel Ethanol and Carbohydrate Processing customers through:

  • Supportingand documenting product trials.

  • Assistingthe customer with operational optimization and troubleshooting.

  • Providingdata analysis and interpretation.

  • Providingcustomer training.

  • Assisting inthe sales process through all of the above.

Coordinate sales and technical service activities with resources within the company by:

  • Providingdocumented trial results, review, and reporting on existing and newproducts.

  • Assist withproduct performance issues.

  • Review andreport project results.

  • Interpretproject data and provide feedback.

Assist in product development projects by:

  • Assist indeveloping product performance criteria.

  • Developfield scale trial plans.

  • Provideon-site trial assistance.

  • Report andinterpret data.

Qualifications

You are well qualified if you have the following education, experience, skills and attributes:

  • B.S. in Engineering disciplines, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field.

  • Industrial plant and/or laboratory experience, with a hands-on emphasis strongly preferred.

  • Experience with statistical analysis of large data-sets and reporting.

  • Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel.

  • Good record-keeping skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities are required.

  • The successful candidate must be motivated and creative with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Experience with customer interfacing and/or presentation of technical data.

  • Desire to work in a multidisciplinary team and capability of working independently.

  • Self-starter; independent achiever and highly motivated with good organizational skills.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% - this position will be home office based with customers in primarily the Midwest region.
