Reporting to the HR Director, N&H, with a dotted line to the Integrated Operations Director, N&H the Global HR Business Partner, Integrated Operations, is a highly visible and key role within the N&H line of business and HR Organizations. Given the size of the Integrated Operations Organization, the responsibilities of the role will be shared with the current senior Global HR Business Partner, Integrated Operations. This position will require a person of vision, integrity and commitment, strong HR expertise, solid business acumen, as well as substantial leadership and influencing experience, maturity and judgment. The Integrated Operations HR Business Partners are members of the Integrated Operations Global Leadership Team and will additionally sit on the N&H Global HR Leadership Team.

The role requires a strategic HRBP who can effectively drive the HR Agenda for the Global Business units. As a core member of the Integrated operations Leadership Team, the successful candidate will be expected coach and consult other leaders with a focus on talent management, talent development and organization effectiveness. The Integrated Operations Director is currently raising the bar in terms of expectations from the IO Leaders, which is also implying a new skill set that this individual will be required to drive and develop.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, highly matrix environment, developing an HR strategy for the organization and a roadmap to achieve strategic goals. The person in this role must be comfortable working with ambiguity, have a proven track record of designing and implementing sustainable HR strategies across a global landscape. In addition, they must have had extensive experience of driving and delivering change as the building of a new Nutrition & Health business and culture continue and gather pace.

They must have strong leadership presence and demonstrate outstanding communication skills – in particular, the ability to translate business strategy and purpose into clear, easily understandable and implementable programmes to enable N&H and SpecCo to move the people agenda forwards. The successful candidate must also have a proven track record of managing senior level stakeholders to executive level, as well as working closely with peer-level HR colleagues. In addition, the ability to analyse and interpret data to measure meaningful progress across the HR agenda is highly desirable.


  • Providing full range of strategic HR services for the global N&H organization, with overall responsibility for directing and coordinating HR strategies, policies, procedures and resource deployment for the functions

  • Providing regional HR support and coordination for all N&H lines of business

  • Translating and converting HR concepts and theory into practical, sensible human systems solutions for enhanced employee performance and business success

  • Articulating and translating HR needs in a way that enhances the overall impact of HR offerings

  • In concert with N&H leadership, planning, developing, and implementing HR initiatives that are aligned with business strategy

  • Providing direct consultative and strategic partnering to N&H senior leaders to maximize performance of the organization

  • Facilitating and enabling line management’s ability to lead change processes

  • Establishing and maintaining appropriate systems for measuring effectiveness of HR programs in driving organizational performance and containing costs



  • B.S./B.A. Degree with at least 7-10 Years of Experience in Human Resources

  • Strong leadership skills and experiences. Experience in the field of Operations (manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Food Safety, SHE) is considered an asset

  • Solid business acumen and the ability to translate HR needs and opportunities to bottom-line performance for the organization

  • Ability to set priorities and provide direction through direct and influence management to a broad, global organization

  • Experience as an HR partner, a leader or support role for a large organization

  • Strong interest and capability in talent development and talent management

  • Demonstrated ability to translate broad HR function direction into leadership initiatives in collaboration with peers and line leaders

  • Demonstrates strong teamwork, collaboration and cross-cultural skills

  • Demonstrated skills and experience for effectively interacting with all levels of the organization
