Reporting to the Global HR Director, T≈ Commercial EMEA Director, T&AP and the NEP Global Business Director, T&AP.

The T&AP EMEA & NEP Global HR Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership in effectively deploying human capital to achieve targeted business results.

The T&AP EMEA & NEP Global HR Manager will:

  • Provide full range of strategic HR services for the Business with overall responsibility for directing and coordinating HR strategies, policies, procedures and resource deployment for the business and region

  • Drive effective talent management practices including workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, employee development, succession planning, diversity and inclusion

  • Be a champion for change management

  • Translate and convert HR concepts and theory into practical, sensible human systems solutions for enhanced employee performance and business success

  • Articulate and translate HR needs in a way that enhances the overall impact of HR offerings

  • In concert with leadership, plan, develop, and implement HR initiatives that are aligned with business strategy

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and manage a complex network of key stakeholders to facilitate decision making, ensure alignment, appropriate outcomes, and minimize resistance

  • Facilitate and enable line management’s ability to lead change processes

  • Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring effectiveness of HR programs in driving organizational performance and containing costs

  • Developing, streamlining, and enhancing existing HR processes

  • Implement effective retention strategies

  • Participate in enterprise-wide functional HR projects and initiatives (i.e. Diversity programs, organizational design, leadership development, etc.)

  • Champion the new T&AP culture, driving an environment of engagement, open communication and high ethical standards



Qualifications for this role include but are not limited to:

  • B.S./B.A. Degree with at least 10+ Years of Experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years of HR experience in a dynamic international organization

  • Experience as an HR partner, a leader or support role for a large organization

  • Project leadership experience at a regional level

  • Solid business acumen and the ability to translate HR needs and opportunities to bottom-line performance for the organization

  • Strong sense of influencing and prioritization, able to provide direction through direct and influence management to a broad, global organization

  • Strong interest and capability in talent development and talent management

  • Demonstrated ability to translate broad HR function direction into leadership initiatives in collaboration with peers and line leaders

  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence

  • Demonstrates strong teamwork, collaboration and cross-cultural skills

  • Demonstrated skills and experience for effectively interacting with all levels of the organization

  • Experience working in a matrix environment

  • Able to take initiative, self-sufficient

  • Able to effectively block, tackle and troubleshoot day-to-day issues

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Ability to travel: 50%
