PersonnelDevelopment of all staff to ensure KSA’s are in line with rolerequirements
Team Buildingand Recognition
Designs andLeads the Collection Effectiveness Meetings/Process, provide input forassigned accounts and ensures all relevant comments input from Analysts
Reviews AnnualCredit Segmentation for determining any collection strategy changes,recommends to Business Credit for alignment with the Business and updatesthe system
UtilizeTrend/Portfolio Analysis to show poor/deteriorating payment trends foraction
Implementchanges to collection strategies across entire portfolio to driveimprovements in customer payment performance
To gather andanalyze credit, financial, and other pertinent data to determine riskinvolved in extending credit to our commercial customers. The CreditAnalyst is responsible for assessing the financial strength and stabilityof customers and their likelihood to satisfy their financial obligationsto the company. Evaluate credit capacity of prospective and existingcustomers by compiling financial information and interpreting financialtrends. Research company history of prospective customers and investigateindustry trends
Solidorganizational skills, follow-up, and high attention to details, as wellas the ability to make clear and concise decisions based on research
Provide guidanceto functional counterparts (business team) on matters involving exposureand risk associated with commercial credit accounts
Participatesin process improvement to improve all aspects of credit and collections.
Bachelor’sdegree or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Accounting professionalequalvent with over 6 years of experience in credit or risk managementarea.
Over 3 years’experience of effective team leadership and management with a provenability to effectively manage a team, excellent organizational skills,including time management and task prioritization
Excellentcommunication skills, including spoken and written fluency in English, andnative Mandarin
Proactive,self-driven person with strong problem-solving skills and a team player
Demonstratedleadership and while commitment to ethics and integrity in an organization
Excellent teamworking skills are essential, demonstrated ability to work with crossbusiness, functional
Ability todevelop talent team member

Knowledge andproficiency in using credit agency reports such as D&B
Understandsbankruptcy procedures and its impact on determining credit risk
Experience withSAP Accounts Receivables a plus.
OperationalManagement: Managing the small team size of 3 to 5 people, adherence toschedule, including all HR related issues, as well as staff development
Training anddevelopment of staff process development based on customer feedback andanalysis
Work veryclosely with team members to solve customer problems
Will be considered a plus
Good command oflocal language (Korean/ Japanese) consider a plus
Previous workingexperience in a BPO in the areas of Credit / Accounts Receivable process
