Computer System Validation Leader (Job Number: 200035W-01)

Responsibilities - What you will do

  • Lead planning and execution of projects and programs utilizing establishedSOPs and procedures

  • Create strong partnerships to establish priorities, bridge gaps,and raise awareness of the value of CSV

  • Work with partners in the selection, review, acquisition andupgrade of computerized software systems to ensure validations can beperformed, data integrity is met, and eData strategic initiatives are possible

  • Conduct work according to applicable Good x(Documentation,Laboratory, Manufacturing) Practices (GxP)

  • Engage with partners to develop validation policies andprocedures of GxP lab equipment, and IT systems

  • Lead and mentor a team of CSV specialists and foster growth anddevelopment of related competencies

  • Lead the validation team in the design and execution ofrisk-based validation strategies

  • Participate in the design, documentation, development, execution,and review of CSV tests and scripts

  • Participate in the analysis, documentation, and reporting oftest results


Key Minimum Qualifications - What you will bring

  • 8+ years of Computer System Validation experience and 4+ yearsof leading people

  • 4+ years of project management experience leading large andcomplex projects and programs in a regulated R&D environment

  • Knowledge of Good x(Documentation, Laboratory, Manufacturing)Practices (GxP)

  • Knowledge of industry validation standards such as GAMP 5, OECD17

  • Strategic thinking and excellent leadership skills, excellentproblem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • In depth, working understanding of software development lifecycle processes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable, but not required

Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office software

Familiarity with computer infrastructure, servers, workstations, operating systems, and laboratory systems

Working knowledge of agile software development processes and software testing practices

Working knowledge of biological sciences, chemistry, computer science, or information systems
