DuPont Electronics & Industrial has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Statistical Process Control - SPC - Program Manager.

Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do:

  • Lead Process Control Systems - PCS improvement projects to drive the selection, configuration, interfacing, implementation and upgrading of process information solutions in a manufacturing plant environment to support SPC and Variance Reduction.

  • Develop PCS Technology Roadmap and work with Product Quality, IO and MT teams to effectively implement.

  • Drive matching opportunities by highlighted data to stakeholder and raising awareness in within site equipment matching, metrology matching and site-to-site matching. Execution for existing capabilities and NEW capabilities to be handled by PCS site leader.

  • Periodically assess PCS strategy and validate with business and functional leaders to update and improve strategy and approach within the operation.

  • Develop and implement digital strategy to drive further improvement through use of advanced analytics.

  • Network with other EM Sites for mutual PCS Learning.

  • Maintenance of consistent systems across all manufacturing locations.

  • Create project charters, secure budgetary estimates, identify internal/external resources, and develop project timeline.

  • Provide frequent documented status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

  • Expertise in implementation of SPC including higher maturity rules such as Western Electric

  • Demonstrated understanding of advanced statistical techniques applicable to Semiconductor manufacturing and raw materials

  • Greenbelt and Blackbelt Certified

  • Expertise in JMP or related software

  • Relevant manufacturing experience championing and implementing improvements in systems capabilities in a manufacturing plant environment is required.

  • Experience leading a project team of employees, vendors, and 3rd party providers to implement process information systems.

  • Good interpersonal skills to allow productive and collaborative relationships with internal and external customers, vendors, operations and technical personnel.

  • Must be self-motivated and have good attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated skill to work individually, as a member of a team, and through influence.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks is crucial.

  • Familiarity with selecting, configuring, interfacing, and implementing process data historians, batch analysis tools, LIMS, SPC and related technology is preferred.
