Currently we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Budaors office.

Position purpose

The purpose of this position is to receive and process customer orders and to provide service information to external customers or potential customers on various types of customer orders, including complex and/or export orders, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Acts as primary customer interface for important external customers, distributors, potential customers and other roles internal to the business.

  • Receives and processes all types of customer orders including complex export orders.

  • Responsible for order handling process from beginning to end.

  • Create and maintain the customer sales orders in SAP within contractterms and ensuring that any change in order is communicated.

  • Process and follow up of orders in compliance with current policies, procedures and work instructions.

  • Creates, mails, organizes and files sales documents, invoices, credit memos.

  • Maintains mandatory account documentation in good order.

  • Gathers and solves customer complaints or passes them to supervisor.

  • Manage issue resolution for respective department(s).

  • Designs, prepares and send regularly reports regarding sales transactions (mainly order and invoice information) using SAP data and BW facilities.

  • Negotiating priority for urgent requests.

  • Receives, corrects, and processes complex orders shipped between regions or plants.



Key requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience.

  • At least 2 years of experience in related area: customer service, order management etc.

  • Experience in working with ERP systems, SAP is highly prefered.

  • Profficiency in MS Office software.

  • Ability to identify, define and resolve customer issues in an independent way.

  • Fluency in Hungarian and at least upper-intermediate English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Well organized and detailed oriented.

  • Ability to listen and respond to questions and objections.
