DuPont Chemical Engineering Graduate Development Program (AIR Program) in Principality of Asturias, Spain

Chemical Engineering Graduate Development Program (AIR Program) (Job Number: PRO00008795)

Since 1903, the DuPont Field Engineering Program has brought newly graduated top-performing engineers into more than 70 different DuPont locations to gain valuable experience leading to long term career paths.

After the DowDuPont separation, the Corteva organization aims to continue with the Field Engineering Program’s initiative and spirit, investing time and resources to train recent graduates with the experiences and rotations to become future leaders within Corteva organization. Thus the program’s equivalent in Corteva, the Agriculture Integrated Rotation Program, will be designed to attract and retain top talent allowing them to gain valuable experience leading to long-term career paths.

This program gives recent graduates, in chemical engineering or a related field, an opportunity to gain a broad perspective and valuable experience in a series of rotational assignments across sites in the Agriculture Division. Participants learn and grow professionally while making meaningful contributions to the bottom line. Through the program, participants build a solid record of accomplishments allowing them to discover their passion and match their talent to the business needs.

The AIR participant will be in 2 – 4 planned rotation assignments over a total period of about 6 years. Each assignment will be a new challenge in a different part of the organization, ranging from Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology, R&D and Supply Chain. Participants will build breadth of experience, learn more about the company, build a Network of peers and mentors across the enterprise, and have plenty of Career transfer opportunities.

We are looking for individuals with leadership potential who are at their early stage (graduates and young professionals) and have the capability to make a significant difference to the current and the future performance of CortevaTM, the Agriculture Division of DowDuPontTM.
