Process Operator (Job Number: 201329W-01)
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Support the plant's safety, health and environmental programs and industrial hygiene programs.
Commit to safe work practices.
Participate in safety programs, training and drills to increase safety self awareness.
Participate in REACT program. Technical/Functional
Operate all equipment and perform all duties in accordance with current WI and GMP requirements.
Accurately record and maintain all necessary records in accordance with current WI.
Support efforts within the process and utility areas as necessary to maintain proper production flow.
Assist in all areas of plant when needed such as RVF cloth changing, Mixer cleaning, etc.
Responsible for cleanliness and housekeeping in the plant and other areas as directed by supervision. Personal Development/Learning
To rotate into roles and skill areas as required to progress through the skill block system.
Develop multi skill capability by proactively learning tasks in other trade areas (where legal requirements allow).
Demonstrate and encourage the use of positive behaviors.
Trains and provides leadership to new Process Operators.
Diploma certificate in petrochemical, mechanical, industrial and/or related field.
Minimum 0-3 years experience in manufacturing operations required with chemical or food additive plant experience preferred.
Basic computer aptitude, communication and interpersonal skills.
All WI and related GMP.
All appropriate policy and procedure.
