Customer Service Representative (Job Number: 199278W-01)


Receive, place and commit orders from customers( indent ) for Import and Export . Respond to customer inquiries Establish customer order requirements Check credit status Determine product availability ( run ATP) - put on check confirmation (GATP) in case of material is not available at requested date Insert DTR/DTP reason codes Confirm order and delivery date to customer Direct contact with Indent customers in order to attend their needs. Track and manage orders indent for Import and Export. Process internal and customer initiated alterations, cancellations and changes Manage customer orders (returns/credit/debit/rebates). Inform customer order status Expedite orders as necessary Monitor overall customer order Follow up on shipments/booking/original documents/ freight inputs/pre-booking procedure Price and Invoicing( indent ) for Import and Export. Assure proper pricing including duties, taxes, freight ( Sales people are responsible to enter prices into Systems) Assure customers are invoiced correctly Process credit and invoice adjustments, when necessary Check in advance import data and docs: right invoice, right packing list, price, payment terms, freight, incoterms. After sales customer support for Import and Export. Track complaint invoices including resolution and reporting Manage product returns Provide certificate needs (origin, COA, Health Certificate etc) Register customer inquiries in Service Cloud, follow up and respond them to customer Interact with other functions Active network with warehouse and carrier to guarantee all material will be shipped as requested.Coordinate all logistics for imports and exports. Order management, order placing, exit plant,modal Collect and maintain: order data (customer masterdata)-> Master Data team Work with supply , demand to inform and resolve issues and escalate when necessary => Supply and Demand Teams Check Forecast consumption report, put on check confirmation ( GATP) in case order is more than 20% above forecast demand Support and assistance to sales team ( samples/handle complaints database) Follow up on customer needs and complaints Support credit area to resolve invoice issues and discrepancies => Credit area Strong network with CSRs in other countries to share business best practices. Controls Compliance with SOX and all internal controls Compliance with Import/Export requirements


Experience in Foreign TradeKnowledge about Foreign Trade & Local Regulations and Taxes.Customer Focus Pro-active, creative and organized.Strong teamwork and negotiation skill Strong analytical skills and effectiveness working in details Capability to: set priorities: identify problems in advance and solve them. Identify customer’s needs (Analysis & Judgement)Fluent English and Spanish High level of committed with the Business DirectionSelf-driven and self-management professional

Degree in Business Administratio, or related area
