Customer Service Representative (Job Number: 199335W-01)


• Customer order handling (OTC- Domestics & Overseas )

• Complaint handling

• Communication with local customers as well as internal customers in various other regions

• Data extraction / analysis process improvement


  • BS/BA degree

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Excellent command of English, both in speaking & writing

  • SAP experience

  • Good IT skill and experience in the similar job position

  • Knowledge of international trading
