Application Engineer (Job Number: 199957W-01)
Responsible for new specialty chemical product development, introductions and application support at customer site.
Develop & achieve new business (especially at Cu market) by promoting new and existing products aligned with account / marketing strategy.
Be a primary lead for new account & opportunity scouting, existing customer issue trouble-shooting and internal new product development project.
Interface closely with Technical team to provide timely technical support to customer.
Support sales activity by making Technical presentation and managing customers’ Technical request.
Mix & interact well with current & potential customers and industry people to get market intelligence.
l Bachelor degree or above in Engineering (Chemical, Material, Metallurgical or Chemistry)
l Minimum 3 years’ experience in Semiconductor industry, either in Fab or equipment vendor
l Good knowledge about Semiconductor Fab process & industry
l Logical, persuasive, influential capability
l Good communication & interpersonal skill to maintain close collaboration with customer & internal resources (R&D, Supply Chain, Technical team)
l Aggressive, persistent and can-do attitude. Good team player.
l Good command of English, both written and spoken.
l Knowledge of overall Quality Management and SPC
l Good Technical Service & Sales Skill.
