We are building an Identity and Access Management (IAM) function within which the engineering discipline is integral to implementing IAM platform capabilities that service our global organization. Role Summary

The Active Directory Engineer’s role is to plan, coordinate, configure, analyze and script the integration of multiple, interconnected directory technologies. The actions of the selected individual will be guided by regulatory, policy and architectural requirements. Additionally, they will utilize their subject matter expertise to swiftly address escalated issues.

They will collaborate with key stakeholders at various levels of the organization to author and update configuration and implementation standards to drive consistency across the company. They will train and advise stakeholder teams where necessary to ensure integrators and consumers of directory technologies are properly informed of defined standards and practices.

This individual will interface with vendors to strengthen support engagement and to deepen product knowledge through training and education. The candidate will utilize their strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of integration best practices to achieve successful performance in this role.

This is not an operations position. This person will interface with operations but take their lead from the Security (IAM) team.

Qualifications

Required

  • 10+ years working with and identity and access management technologies

  • 5-7 years of hands-on engineering experience developing/implementing Directory Services technologies

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; significant work experience and industry certifications can be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree

  • Extensive experience working with large on-premises and cloud solution providers such as Oracle and Microsoft

Desired

  • Knowledge of Cloud Based Identity Services (CIS)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft AD PKI Administration support

  • Familiarity with load-balancing technologies is a plus

  • Experience designing directory solutions to support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures

  • Experience engineering resilient and robust platforms for large and complex implementations

  • Proven experience working in a complex, global enterprise

  • Proven experience participating with integrating of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems

  • MCSE 2008 or higher

  • Azure Certified or other Cloud certifications
