Global Marketing Communications Leader (Job Number: 195130W-01)
The leader will play a key role in developing and conveying T&AP’s value propositions across the organization. They will grow strategic partnerships with the Marketing Directors, Business Directors and Commercial Leaders across the Americas, EMEA, and AP regions and implement Marketing Communication initiatives that ultimately drive profitable sales growth.
This position will direct downstream sales programs including collateral creation, tradeshow strategy, education, content marketing, media advertising and oversee and manage outside agency partners to deliver best-in-class materials.
In addition to commercially available products, this position will direct the development of all Global Communication initiatives to assure successful New Product Launches.
Develops, recommends and administers marketing communications strategy and deliverables across the business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategically partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing Leadership and Product Management teams, to best oversee creation of tools and materials to support our portfolio offerings.
Lead the creation of tools & materials to ensure strong Customer Value Propositions.
Responsible for brand consistency across all markets for all product lines.
Manage reporting into the global marketing communications team.
Build and manage the annual global marcom operating expense budget.
Actively lead all partnerships with outside agencies to produce high quality publications and materials on time and within budget.
Manage all customer facing materials within the Formal Review process and serve as the liaison with T&AP’s Legal and Regulatory partners.
Oversee global trademark activities ensuing compliance and timely registration for all products.
Work closely with the Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure all sales collateral and content marketing materials are accurate and meaningful to the Customer.
Manage all photo and video shoots.
Create and drive the strategic direction for the T&AP business.
Serve as the T&AP business representative for Communications support within business
Stay abreast of competitor’s communication activities and key messages/positioning by conducting research (analysis of literature, web content, and tradeshow communications). Make recommendations to adjust T&AP’s messaging as necessary.
Develop and lead tradeshow strategy, design, messaging, execution, pre-show materials, sponsorship management and onsite support.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related field of study required.
Master’s degree preferred
10 years of proven experience.
Transportation experience strongly preferred.
Experience leading and creating a winning culture based on mutual respect that attracts and retains high-performing, team-oriented professionals.
Successful experience in managing employees – direct and indirect (including agency partners)
Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and related activities.
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational skills.
Strong teaching and mentoring skills.
Excellent interpersonal, as well as verbal and written communication skills to develop and maintain rapport and effective internal and external relationships to support business success.
Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications.

Good understanding of our sales process / sales channels.
