Corteva Agriscience™, is seeking an experiencedbenefits professional to fill a vendor management role in their HR SharedServices Center. If you have hands-on experience in Pharmacy Benefits and apassion for Employee Wellness, this is a career opportunity you need to review.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactivelyworks with vendor(s) to drive improvements that result in cost reduction,productivity and service enhancements

  • Establishes andleads vendor performance program that includes vendor metrics, key performanceindicators and analysis, scorecards and formal business reviews.

  • Overseesvendors’ project execution and performance, ensuring delivery by vendors meetsexpectations and is appropriately integrated in a complex multi-vendorenvironment

  • Proactivelyworks with vendors and Corteva Global Rewards personnel to assess potentialimpact of business decisions and legal changes, in advance, on stakeholders andalso develops, gains approval, communicates and executes associated actionplans

  • Works withCorteva Sourcing and Legal organization to review and amend contract documents,including service level exhibits, statements of work – fully versant incontract language and contract structuring

  • Develops,implements, and drives compliance of Corteva vendor management, sourcing,change request and financial processes in this work

  • Supportsinternal and external audit of vendor and their services, while ensuringcontrol environment meets our standards

  • Tracks Companyspend on each vendor against established budget and manage financial aspects ofrequisitions/commitment

  • Establishes anddrives process to onboard new suppliers and improve supplier consolidation

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degreein Business management, Human Resources management, Financial management, orother related field

  • 5+ years’experience in an employee benefits related vendor management role

  • Experience in pharmacybenefits management work

  • Experience inwellness programs – highly preferred

  • Experience inshort and long-term disability benefits - preferred

  • Experience withlarge scale project management, including implementations of new benefit vendors/plans– required

  • Experience withHigh Deductible Health Plans (HDHP), HSAs and FSAs – desired

  • Excellent writtenand verbal communication, interpersonal and influencing skills - required

  • Superiororganizational skills, multi-tasking and meeting deadlines – required
