DuPont seeks a Marketing Analyst for DuPont Advanced Printing, which brings together leading technologies and products for the printing and package printing industries. We are looking for a passionate and analytic marketer who wants to enable business growth. DuPont Advanced Printing comprises of DuPont™ Cyrel® and DuPont™ Artistri®. DuPont™ Cyrel® is one of the world’s leading flexographic plate-making systems in digital and conventional formats, including the new Cyrel® EASY photopolymer plates and Cyrel® FAST processing equipment. DuPont™ Artistri® offers high-quality inks for consumer, commercial, office inkjet and textile printing applications.
Marketing Analyst Objectives :
Responsible for successful execution of marketing projects to support global and regional marketing execution and sales enablement.
Owner of marketing workstreams to support marketing strategy and global/regional execution programs to help achieve revenue and gross contribution objectives.
Lead development of sales enablement tools for regional sales teams.
Project scope could include market trends analysis, VOC/market research, competitive analysis, value chain analysis, and customer segmentation sales analysis to support initiatives such as new product launches. Marketing Analyst in Action :
Conduct market and customer analyses that inform marketing execution by leading projects to develop and execute recommendations.
Perform global, regional and country level customer and distributor analyses with the purpose of identifying market trends and insights relevant to BU growth goals.
Aggregate and analyze large data sets from various marketing, sales, and finance systems, identifying key trends to better market to our segments or launch products.
Structure research studies, interprets findings, and lead execution plans.
Participate on product launch teams to provide “market-back” context for product launches, such as product concepts, positioning statements and customer VOC.
Support the sales organization by creating and executing sales enablement tools such as sales presentations, product guides, ROI calculators, case studies, and industry interviews.
Conduct internal and external surveys to identify insights for marketing projects and internal support needs.
Track marketing program progress and evaluate execution success through analysis of customer and sales data; reporting on patterns/trends to inform changes needed.
Work cross-functionally to achieve project milestones.
Develop and present studies to internal stakeholders.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or Technical related-field.
3-7 years of commercial business experience such as sales, marketing, or product
Creative, analytical and problem-solving minded
Must be detail oriented, self-directed, motivated and be able to meet deadlines
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
Experience working cross-functionally to achieve results
Ability to translate data and insights into marketing/sales tools
Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, calculated fields, data lookups, nested logic)
Business modeling (e.g. growth drivers, financial ratios, market share, trend analysis)
Experience with visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) desired
